I had such a great experience at the AT&T store thanks to Enrique. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel welcome and actually listened to what I needed. He explained everything clearly, helped me find the best option, and made the whole process super easy (which is rare when it comes to phone stuff). What I really appreciated was how patient he was. I never felt rushed or pressured, and he even threw in a couple of jokes that made the whole thing way more enjoyable. Honestly, I didn’t think I’d leave a phone store laughing, but Enrique made it happen. If you ever go to this location, ask for Enrique. He really cares about helping people, and it shows. Five stars from me, and I’d come back just to be helped by him again.

I came to the store with questions about my bill and I was greeted by a lovely woman, Daniela was a delight to work with she was patient and took her time answering and explaining all questions. She even when above and beyond and added my work discount and explained how the bill was going to work, after that. I walked out with a new watch and everything! I’m so glad I could find someone as kind and friendly like her.
Carlos is an asset to this store. He's been there for a while and definitely knows his stuff. He's very good at explaining their plans and promos in a unconvoluted way. Other employees at this location have given me wrong information multiple times, but Carlos was so helpful with my one encounter that I wanted to shout him out and give the whole place 5 stars.
I needed assistance with setting up three new phones after I failed trying to attempt the set up myself. We did show up within the last hour with my two teenage kids that were tired and Maria attended us and immediately started working on the transfers. She was very friendly and skillfull with Apple and Samsung phones. Once the staff was done attending other customers, they came over and assisted to sign into the phones and sign into the apps. I was really impressed that Maria and the team went above my expectations to ensure the phones were functioning properly and not just push out the door so they can close on time and go home. I'm very happy with switching my internet and mobile service to AT&T and knowing that I have a local store that is willing to help me with any issues is another plus.

As soon as I walked in, I was met with most welcoming and friendly ATT worker I've ever encountered. His name is Enrique, he helped me out with my issues and provided feedback with amazing recommendations. He went above and beyond to help me and my family. Almost at the end of the transaction, it felt like a holy experience because of how well everything was going. If I was his manager or higher ups, Enrique deserves a huge raise and at least a month off work fully paid. If you are looking for a smooth and amazing experience, ask for Enrique.
